Sex questions

Should a girl be able to dress any way she wants to without getting lustful, licentious leers (or worse) from men? I guess so.  Is it OK for a girl to make a living as a professional sex worker?  I guess so. Is it OK for a man to lust in his heart like Jimmy Carter did?   I guess not.
